Have a looksie, and see if you can recognize the landmark without reading the sign!
EDIT: As b0z0 pointed out, it's the old Sharjah International Airport. Here's a closer look at the sign, although it isn't very clear.

I'll put up a closer shot of the sign later, once I reconnect my external HDD. I'm not sure when they started expanding it, but I know it definitely looked like that till the mid to late 80s.

Actually, the flag should have given it away... well, at least that the building was in Sharjah.
cB: HAAAHAHA! That's harsh! Doesn't Fujairah have a flying school and what not? The airport can't be *that* bad. But yeah, what can I say.. the Emirate is a fruit farm! :P
b0z0: Umm.. go take from Keith. I believe he owes me a couple (meaning 2 not 20, okay? OKAY? Besides, you only pick at the chocolate chips anyway!)
And yes, dad has some old pics of the Deira creek. Bur Dubai, I'll have to check. He has a really huge stash of old pics, and going through them is not easy!
